Centro Vasco Denak Bat de Mar del Plata

The Centro Vasco Denak Bat of Mar del Plata, founded in 1943, is one of the six “large or traditional” centres of the FEVA. Ever since the federation was born it has had a guaranteed seat on its Board of Directors. It went through a second heyday between 1950 and 1970, and in the federation's early years it was one of the centres that undertook to give Basque classes. The Basque Government recognised it on 7 May 1996, and its register credits it with 622 members.
