About the centre
The Centro Vasco Denak Bat of Mendoza has made the Basque language its main offering, and it has three irakasles (teachers) trained in the Euskara Munduan programme. It was founded on 1 August 1956. Besides the classroom, the centre has a “One Wall” fronton and a txoko for young people, “Lurraren Azpian”. The Basque Government recognised it on 15 May 2001, and its register credits it with 209 members.
