The Asociación Vasca Ibai Txori is the Basque centre of Concepción del Uruguay, one of the four Basque centres in Entre Ríos. The other three are in Concordia, Paraná and Victoria. It was founded in 1988, twenty years before the Basque Government recognised it on 20 May 2008. Its dance group performs at the city's community festivals, and its register lists 75 members.
