About the centre
The Bremengo Euskal Kultur Elkartea (BEKE) is the meeting place for the Basques of Bremen and for those in the area who take an interest in Basque culture. It was founded in 2024, according to the register, and is one of the most recent additions to the network of Basque centres in Germany. It organises gatherings throughout the year and says it is officially recognised by the Basque Government.
