Centro Vasco 'Gure Txoko'

The Centro Vasco Gure Txoko brings together in Valladolid the city's Basques and local people interested in Basque culture, around a gastronomic txoko. It was set up in the style of the societies of the Basque Country, and it offers Basque classes both in person and online. It was founded in 1983, according to the register, and the Basque Government recognised it on 2 April 1996. In 1989 its mus pair travelled to Mexico to play in the world championship of Basque centres on behalf of the federation, after the Valencia pair withdrew. The register lists 179 members.
