El Salvador

Very little is known about the Basque community of El Salvador, and almost all of it goes through its Basque centre, founded in 1988. No work has been found that documents a Basque emigration to the country or puts a number on the colony: what there is is a recognised entity, with no studies behind it and no figures to place it.²¹
